Strategically Analyzing the Issues
Data acquisition & assessment forms the cornerstone of our work. Our situational analysis and data gathering approaches help us identify critical issues, patterns, and barriers to define informed solutions and communicate recommendations in alignment with community partners. We see each challenge as an opportunity for change, and our highly researched initiatives help us ensure that our community stakeholders, judiciary, and legal professionals are better prepared to manage unique situations they may encounter pertaining to child and family abuse, especially when family court-interventions are needed. We are invested in a collaborative approach in evaluating and revising our actions to better achieve safe outcomes for individuals, families, and communities by delivering strategies and most current information when they most need it.

Achieving Judicial Excellence in Child Safety & Family Development
We understand how errors in judicial determinations influence the well-being of children and families. Through our collaborative work efforts, we seek to bring to light additional training judges may need to keeping children safe & helping families thrive. Holding our judiciary to tighter standards of accountability and advocating for a team approach in case determinations, we hope to build public confidence in, and maintain the integrity of legal processes for achieving safe and nurturing outcomes for children and their families.

Child Abuse & Forensic Centre
Achieving Investigative Excellence
Our forensic efforts aim to achieve investigative excellence, recommending up-to-date innovations to enhance the capacity of state child protection teams to better identify & protect victims of child and familial abuse. We study forensic approaches, collaborate with forensic experts and stay informed on experiences of abuse victims to formulate & revise our solutions as new information emerges. Thereby, reducing potential judicial error when cases of child and family abuse reach the courts of law.
