CRPC Watch (Center for the Rights & Protection of Children) is a non-profit organization dedicated to optimizing the well-being of children and supporting families. Our mission is to ensure that children’s needs are effectively addressed during and after family litigation, particularly when safety is a significant concern.

State courts and child protection teams have a critical responsibility to safeguard children’s well-being. When these entities make incorrect decisions regarding child maltreatment and wellness, it can lead to adverse childhood experiences that negatively impact children’s lives. To prevent such trauma, we aim to ensure that judiciary and child protection teams have the appropriate tools to create safe, nurturing, and stable environments for children and their families. We advocate for the Essentials for Childhood framework, as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and work to integrate its principles into family court processes that profoundly affect the well-being of children and their parents.
